Every cloud and AI cost, with its owner. Your price in one business day.

For the teams who answer for the cloud bill: IBM Cloudability, set up with you by our engineering team and priced before you commit.

One view of cloud spend, for finance and engineering.

  • It allocates cloud, Kubernetes and AI costs to the teams that own them.
  • It alerts you by email when spend breaks from its pattern.
  • It recommends rightsizing and commitment purchases from your own usage data.

The reports your team builds today may be serving you well. This is what one shared view adds.

We set it up with you. You see your price first, within one business day.

Allocate, alert, act: the three things Cloudability does with your cloud bill, as IBM describes them.

Split the cluster bill.

IBM says Cloudability finds the cloud resources behind each Kubernetes cluster and splits their cost across namespaces and labels, by CPU, memory, network and disk use on each node.

Hear about unusual spend.

Anomaly alerts arrive by email, filtered by view, amount and threshold, and a ticket opens from the same screen.

Act on the recommendation.

Scale up, scale down or terminate, from utilization and performance data. Compare Reserved Instances, Savings Plans and CUDs over the term, with the breakeven point shown.

Three of IBM’s own figures for Cloudability, each with its source.

Hourly usage data.

Commitment recommendations read your usage hour by hour: the peaks, the troughs, what is already covered and what could be.

Four clouds for Kubernetes.

Cluster costs are allocated whether Kubernetes runs on AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI.

Seven settings.

Date range, term length, payment model, savings rate, utilization rate, target coverage and service-specific options tune each recommendation.

Each figure is a feature IBM describes on its Cloudability pages at apptio.com: Commitment-Based Discounts (hourly data, seven settings) and Container Cost Allocation (four clouds). The pages show no modified date; opened October 23, 2026.

What you get.

If you run FinOps.

You get every cloud and Kubernetes cost allocated to its owner, and commitment recommendations built on hourly usage data, with the breakeven point of each purchase. Our engineering team sets it up beside you.

If you run the platforms.

You get rightsizing recommendations built on utilization and performance data from your observability tools, and you open a Jira issue from the recommendation itself.

If you are the CIO.

You get one view of cloud and AI spend that finance and engineering both read, with budgets, forecasts and anomaly alerts. Pay only for what you need. See your price first, within one business day.

You have real choices. Here is each one, plainly.

Keep the reports you have.

Nothing to buy. Nothing to move. What one shared view adds will still be here when you are ready.

Buy from IBM itself.

IBM sells directly to fewer than about 100 companies and organizations in the United States. Everyone else buys through an IBM Business Partner. So the real choice is which partner.

Buy through another IBM Business Partner.

Same IBM software. Same IBM programs. Ask three things: who sets it up, how soon you see the price, and who stays with you through support.

Choose a different FinOps platform.

Right when your team already runs it across every cloud. Compare three things: Kubernetes cost allocation, commitment recommendations from hourly data, and alerts your teams act on.

Use your cloud provider’s own cost tools.

Right when all of your spend lives in one cloud. Not when it spans AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI and Kubernetes clusters on each.

Buy it through us.

You get the same IBM software. And you get our engineering team: we set it up with you, show you your price first, and stay with you through support.

IBM builds the platform. We set it up with you.

You see your price first.

Tell us what you’re after. One business day later you have a price, sized to fit, with nothing in it you don’t need.

Our engineering team owns it.

The engineers who size it set it up and stay through support. IBM Business Partner since 2008, 29 of 29 IBM proficiencies, one team the whole way.

It is our pleasure to meet you.

230 briefing centers in 113 cities. Pick one; one of our engineers brings the coffee. Or meet us online.

Our engineering team helps you choose the package that fits, gets the licensing right, sets it up with you and stays through support.

It would be our pleasure to set up yours.
