Stay connected.
The work does not stop at go-live. IBM describes Expertise Connect as a designated specialist in a continuous engagement, starting with a review of your goals and a prioritized plan.
For IBM software after go-live, IBM’s Essential Management covers day-two operations: preventive planning, patches and 24x7 monitoring. We set the terms with you and stay your contact.
Who IBM Expert Labs is.
IBM Technology Expert Labs is IBM’s own technical services group. IBM puts it at more than 4,000 technical experts worldwide (IBM’s count, on its Expert Labs page, read October 23, 2026).
IBM says the group helps clients adopt, optimize and modernize IBM software and infrastructure: IBM Power, IBM Storage, IBM Z and LinuxONE, and software in data and AI, automation and security.
