Batch, streaming and replication from one product.* Your price in one business day.
For the teams who feed analytics and AI: IBM watsonx.data integration, sized to your sources and pipelines by our engineering team and priced before you commit.
One of our engineers replies within one business day.
Your next pipelines can flag the late data.
- It plans a pipeline from a plain-language description of the data you need.
- It runs batch pipelines you design once, on premises, in the cloud or hybrid.
- It flags late data and anomalies in near real time, from your pipelines’ metadata.
The pipelines you run today may be serving you well. This is what watsonx.data integration adds.
We size it with you. You see your price first, within one business day. Where you want to try it first, IBM offers a 30-day trial, and one of our engineers sets it up beside you.
One product, three ways to move data.
Batch, designed once.
IBM says you design batch pipelines once and run them on premises, in the cloud or across hybrid environments. DataStage switches between ETL, ELT and TETL runtimes without manual recoding.
Streaming, with low latency.
IBM says watsonx.data integration ingests and processes streaming data with low latency, protected against schema changes and data drift. IBM StreamSets, which IBM places inside watsonx.data integration, is also sold on its own.
Replication, only the changes.
IBM says replication captures and delivers only the required changes. IBM Data Replication reads from Db2 for z/OS, VSAM, IMS, Oracle and SQL Server, and delivers into Kafka, Snowflake and Google BigQuery.

Three of IBM’s own figures.
Four kinds of data.
IBM lists batch, streaming, replication and unstructured data, such as documents and text, in one product.*
Near real time.
IBM says IBM Data Observability detects anomalies from metadata in near real time, and sends alerts through Slack, PagerDuty or email.
A 30-day trial.
IBM offers a free 30-day trial of watsonx.data integration to explore the full set of capabilities.
* IBM’s words and figures, from its watsonx.data integration page, its pricing page and its data observability page, read October 24, 2026. “Batch, streaming and replication” are three of the capabilities IBM lists for watsonx.data integration; IBM states no test conditions for these figures.

Count the Resource Units first.
IBM measures watsonx.data integration in Resource Units, whether you run it as SaaS on IBM Cloud or AWS, or as software on IBM Software Hub, by subscription or perpetual license. We work out your Resource Units with you before you order.
Each part on its own, too.
DataStage, StreamSets, Data Replication and IBM Data Observability can each be quoted on their own. IBM counts DataStage as a Service in Capacity Unit-Hours and StreamSets by virtual processor core. Where there is a cheaper route, we name it.

What you get.
If you lead data and AI.
You get batch, streaming and replicated data reaching analytics and AI from one product, with late data and anomalies flagged in near real time.* Our engineering team sets up your first pipelines with you.
If you build the pipelines.
You get pipelines planned from a plain-language request, or built in DataStage with its Python SDK and run by its remote engine where your data lives. Our engineering team works beside yours.
If you are the CIO.
You get one product for batch, streaming and replication, measured in Resource Units as SaaS or software, counted before you order. Pay only for what you need. See your price first, within one business day.
You have real choices. Here is each one, plainly.
Keep the pipelines you have.
Nothing to buy. Nothing to move. What watsonx.data integration adds will still be here when you are ready.
Buy from IBM itself.
IBM sells directly to fewer than about 100 companies and organizations in the United States. Everyone else buys through an IBM Business Partner. So the real choice is which partner.
Buy through another IBM Business Partner.
Same IBM software. Same IBM programs. Ask three things: who counts your Resource Units, how soon you see the price, and who stays with you through your first pipelines.
Choose a different integration platform.
Right when your team already runs it everywhere. Compare three things: batch, streaming and replication in one product, pipelines planned from plain language, and late data flagged in near real time.
Use your cloud provider’s pipelines.
Right when your sources and your analytics all live in that one cloud. Not when the data that feeds them sits on a mainframe or in your own data center.
Buy it through us.
You get the same IBM software. And you get our engineering team: we count your Resource Units with you, show you your price first, and stay with you through setup and support.

Our engineering team owns it.
The engineers who size it set it up and stay through support. IBM Business Partner since 2008, 29 of 29 IBM proficiencies, one team the whole way.

Our engineering team maps your sources and targets, sizes the Resource Units, picks SaaS or software, gets the licensing right, then sets up your first pipelines and supports them.
It would be our pleasure to size yours.

We would rather tell you now. watsonx.data integration is not the fit if every source and every report lives in one cloud and that cloud’s own pipelines cover them, or if what you need is to find, govern and trace your data rather than move it. For that, ask us about watsonx.data intelligence. See IBM watsonx.data
