IBM software · AI-driven IT operations
IT work ranked by business impact.* Your price in one business day.
For the teams who run IT operations: IBM Concert, sized to your applications, tools and first use case by our engineering team and priced before you commit.

Your next operations layer can rank the work.
- It connects observability signals across domains into one operational layer.
- It correlates, groups and deduplicates alerts, so your teams see less noise.
- It runs governed workflows across the tools and teams you already have.
The tools you run today may be serving you well. This is what IBM Concert adds.
We size it with you. You see your price first, within one business day. Where you want to try it first, IBM offers a 30-day trial, and one of our engineers sets it up beside you.
Six modules, one operational layer.
Observe and Operate.
IBM says Concert Observe gives full-stack visibility across applications, networks, infrastructure, and AI agents and LLMs. Concert Operate correlates cross-domain alerts and localizes probable causes. In IBM’s words: “IBM Concert Operate, formerly Cloud Pak for AIOps, will soon be available via the IBM Concert platform.”
Optimize and Protect.
IBM says Concert Optimize, powered by IBM Turbonomic, matches resource use to application demand across hybrid and multicloud. Concert Protect weighs exploitability, blast radius and business impact across code, dependencies, applications, infrastructure and runtime.
Resilience and Workflows.
IBM says Concert Resilience connects telemetry for resilience posture and guided remediation, and Concert Workflows is low-code automation that coordinates governed action across your existing tools and teams. Already run Instana or Turbonomic? Each has its own page on this site.

Three of IBM’s own figures.
Six modules.
IBM names Observe, Operate, Optimize, Protect, Resilience and Workflows, and says Concert “prioritizes by business impact.”*
A 30-day trial.
IBM offers a free 30-day trial of Concert, with all of its features and no credit card required.
A 20,000 RU base.
IBM’s Essentials plan is an annual subscription per instance that includes a 20,000 Resource Unit annual base.
* IBM’s words and figures, from its IBM Concert page and its Concert pricing page, read October 24, 2026. IBM’s sentence reads: “Powered by agentic AI, it surfaces what matters, prioritizes by business impact,” and orchestrates action through governed workflows. IBM states no test conditions for these figures.

Count the Resource Units first.
IBM bases Concert’s pricing on actual usage, measured in Resource Units, and you add or remove users as you go. We work out your Resource Units with you before you order.
Three ways to start.
IBM lists a 30-day trial, pay-per-use by the hour with no long-term contract, and Essentials by annual subscription; Concert Enterprise is by arrangement. Where there is a cheaper route, we name it.

What you get.
If you run IT operations.
You get alerts correlated, grouped and deduplicated across applications, infrastructure and networks, with probable causes localized and the blast radius shown. Our engineering team connects your existing tools with you.
If you own security and resilience.
You get exposures weighed by exploitability, blast radius and business impact, from code through runtime, with resilience signals in the same layer. Our engineering team sets up your first use case beside yours.
If you are the CIO.
You get one operational layer, six modules and work ranked by business impact, measured in Resource Units and counted before you order. Pay only for what you need. See your price first, within one business day.
You have real choices. Here is each one, plainly.
Keep the operations tools you have.
Nothing to buy. Nothing to move. What IBM Concert adds will still be here when you are ready.
Buy from IBM itself.
IBM sells directly to fewer than about 100 companies and organizations in the United States. Everyone else buys through an IBM Business Partner. So the real choice is which partner.
Buy through another IBM Business Partner.
Same IBM software. Same IBM programs. Ask three things: who counts your Resource Units, how soon you see the price, and who sets up your trial with you.
Choose a different operations platform.
Right when your team already runs it everywhere. Compare three things: alerts correlated across domains, work ranked by business impact, and action run through governed workflows.
Build it from the tools you have.
Right when one team and one stack cover your incidents. Not when alerts cross applications, networks and infrastructure that different teams own.
Buy it through us.
You get the same IBM software. And you get our engineering team: we set up your trial with you, count your Resource Units, show you your price first, and stay through setup and support.
IBM builds Concert. We size it with you.
You see your price first.
Tell us what you’re after. One business day later you have a price, sized to fit, with nothing in it you don’t need.
Our engineering team owns it.
The engineers who size it set it up and stay through support. IBM Business Partner since 2008, 29 of 29 IBM proficiencies, one team the whole way.
It is our pleasure to meet you.
230 briefing centers in 113 cities. Pick one; one of our engineers brings the coffee. Or meet us online.
Our engineering team helps you pick the modules for your first use case, counts the Resource Units, gets the licensing right, then connects your existing tools and supports them.
It would be our pleasure to size yours.

We would rather tell you now. IBM Concert is not the fit if one team watches one application stack and its monitoring already covers it, or if what you need is cloud spend reported to finance. For the first, ask us about Instana; for the second, ask us about Cloudability. See IBM Instana
